Today
What needs you, in the order it needs you.
Clients who cannot pay until their identity check clears come first, because every one of those is a booking that cannot complete.
Bookings
Everything this agency has raised that is still live, newest first.
A booking leaves this list the moment it is paid, cancelled, rejected or expires; the search below reaches every booking, including the ones that have closed. What each row offers — asking for more time, cancelling — is decided by Harkham, not by this screen.
Clients
The customers you service.
Everyone in this agency sees every client of this agency — the filters below say who is accountable, never who is allowed. Accountability comes from the stamped record of who acted, not from who was prevented. No agency ever sees another agency's clients. Registering a client here is what lets you book for them; you see their identity-check status and nothing else about it — the evidence, and the decision, are Harkham's.
Export filings
Cargo belonging to your clients, on bookings that have already closed, that still has no AES ITN. A vehicle leaves this list the moment its number is entered.

My cargo
Every vehicle belonging to a client you currently service, grouped by client: what is still expected, what we have taken into custody, and what is on the deck. This is the answer to “has my car arrived yet” without a phone call.
Voyages
Sailings you can book onto, soonest first, with how long is left to get cargo and vehicles in.
The vehicle cutoff is always the earlier of the two.
Rates
The published tariff, exactly as filed.
What is in force now, and separately anything already published that has not started yet. Every figure here is the published figure.
Earnings
What your bookings are worth, live, by the month you created them in.
Commission itself is settled against your agreed rate, separately — see the note below for where that stands.
Claims
Claims recorded against shipments for your clients. You cannot open or change one here — telephone Harkham and it is recorded under the name of whoever takes the call.
Profile
Your account as this system holds it.
To change any of it, or if something here is wrong, contact Harkham — an agent cannot edit these.
Notices
What has happened on your account, most recent first.
And it is yours, not your agency's: a colleague still sees a notice you have dismissed until they have seen it themselves.
Older notices drop off on their own. Nothing here waits on you indefinitely, and nothing on this screen blinks or moves.
People
Everyone who acts for this agency.
Each person signs in as themselves — there are no shared logins, because a booking attributed to a login three people know is attributed to nobody.
